You know who loves to watercolor, paint, color, put stickers on everything, stamp, and any other artsy thing? My 5 year old daughter. She has always been interested in crafting and creating art. I have found some amazingly fun things for her do to fulfill her inner artistic self (and these things keep her entertained for sooooo long! It's fantastic!)
We got this for my daughter's birthday and she LOVES it! Part of the fun for her is that she can erase it and create a whole new picture. No paper is wasted, it isn't messy, and it comes with regular drawing pages (erasable), tracing pages (erasable), and a tracing book! You can find it on Amazon here!
Okay, let's ignore that the kids in the photo above are 100000% photoshopped. And the fact that the boy looks so thrilled that he's forced to pose for a picture. Despite the not so great picture advertising it, this Water Doodle Mat is seriously so much fun! You simply fill the pens up with water and let your kids draw whatever their little hearts desire. The mat dries up after about 10 minutes and then they can color it all over again! Get it here on Amazon!
Both of my kids actually love to use watercolors! They think it looks so cool. There are so many watercolor coloring books to use! We also love just the blank pages of watercolor paper. There are a lot of different kinds of watercolor paint you can use, but the one pictured above has so many different colors that your kids can explore with! And to be honest, it is really fun to tap into your inner artist yourself as an adult. My husband has painted so many pictures and has felt so proud of his artwork haha!
Ah yes. Stickers. Sometimes, stickers are everywhere at my house! On my arms, my face, my clothes, my baby's face, my baby's close, and on and on it goes. I will find random stickers on the floor months after my daughter has played with them! (I do clean my floors...... sometimes.... I promise!)
Anyways, these sticker books and awesome because you can reuse them! Your kids can put the stickers wherever they want in the book, and then they can peel them off and put the stickers somewhere else! They will have over 200 stickers to play with if you get these books! Do you know what 200 stickers equals? Your kids being entertained for a long time! Win.
