80 Day Obsession Review

Let's start with this: I stink at taking "before" and "after" pictures okay? That's out of the way. Now just look at my results down below:




Does this program work? Obviously YES! Proof is right in front of you! Do I recommend it? Yes IF..... 1- You have been exercising already. If you haven't, I recommend starting with Clean Week and 21 Day Fix both are on Beachbody on Demand. 2- You are okay with doing workouts that are 45-60 minutes long every day. It is a little hard if you have little kids who demand your attention. The only way I was able to get it done was if I got up early and Kip hung out with the kids if they woke up. 3- You are willing to invest in the equipment. You need loops, sliders, a mat, and weights. I got the sliders, mat, and weights on Amazon. However, I did get the loops from Beachbody so I could have the exact same resistance as Autumn and her cast. If you buy loops somewhere else, they will have different resistance levels, so you will kind of need to guess on which ones to use. These loops are a good alternative. I also recommend these weights, these sliders, and this mat. Ps- that mat is so comfy! I could totally take a nap on it ;) 4- You are willing to do one of the eating plans. Autumn gives you two options. The first is to do Timed Nutrition. She lays out everything in the program materials. The other option is just to stick with doing your portion control with the containers (you can get some off of Amazon here), which is what I did. Timed Nutrition just didn't work with my schedule. But you DO NEED to follow one of the plans an order to get the results you want. If you can do those things, then yes! Get going! You won't regret it!
