Anniversary Inn Review

One of my favorite things to do with my hubby is go to bed and breakfasts! It is a nice romantic break from life, and you get to stuff your face with delicious food that you don't have to prepare yourself! WIN!

We have been to several bed and breakfasts, but today I'm going to blog about Anniversary Inn.

They have several locations and each one has a very unique set of rooms for guests to stay in. The first time we stayed at Anniversary Inn we went to the one located in Logan, UT. We chose Aphrodite's Court:

It is named after the Greek goddess of love, Aphrodite. Very fitting for a little romantic getaway trip 😉 It was beautiful and very relaxing. We couldn't hear anyone else staying in any of the other rooms (thank goodness!), so we felt like we were able to just be in our own little world. I do recommend this room!

The next time we went to Anniversary Inn, we stayed in the Citrus Crush room:

When we stayed in this room it was actually a newer one they had just added, so everything was updated and new. I loved the fireplace thing in the middle of the room as well as the color scheme of the room. And yes, I do recommend this room!

Moving onto our third stay at Anniversary Inn. The special room this time was the Swiss Family Robinson:

The room was AMAZING! The bed? Not so much..... You see, it is very hard to get a good night's rest when the mattress sags in the middle. Kip and I kept rolling into the middle of the mattress in the middle of the night and waking each other up. It was SO uncomfortable! Instead of going home feeling refreshed and rested, we went back home feeling tired. Everything else in the room was fantastic! Maybe they have replaced that particular mattress my now? If they have, then I do recommend this room. If they haven't then don't do it!

Our most recent stay at Anniversary Inn was for our 9 year anniversary. We stayed in the Zen Garden:

This room really was zen! The bed was very comfortable and the jetted tub/shower was fantastic. We watched a movie and just relaxed. One thing to note in this room is that the floor is kind of slippery. Not just when your feet at wet after the bath, but just in general. So make sure you watch your step! I would definitely recommend this room.

The breakfasts here are the same every time. You are given a card when you are checking in that has several options. You then just mark the items you would like and what time you would like your breakfast to be delivered to your room. The next morning you will hear a knock at your door (a very loud knock that one time woke up up out of a dead sleep... but we chose the time and they delivered it!). When you open your door you will see this fantastic tray sitting there on a stand waiting for you to gobble all the food up off of it.

This is what our breakfasts usually look like:

Then when you are done you just set the tray back out on the stand in the hallway.

They are usually pretty good, except for this last time we went Kip ordered a ham and cheese croissant. It didn't taste good. At all. But my food was yummy! You can never go wrong with the hot chocolate.

I have no doubt that we will go to one of the locations again! Definitely check them out 🙂
