My Top 5 Gluten-Free and Dairy-Free Snacks

You know what can be kind of hard?


Finding snacks that are both gluten-free AND dairy-free.


I completed 4 Week Gut Protocol from Beachbody not too long ago (you can read my review on it here). If you have looked into that, then you know that you cut out certain foods, gluten and dairy being two of those foods.


It was kind of rough for a little bit trying to figure out what foods I could eat while staying compliant with the 4 Week Gut Protocol, especially while I was out on the go.


Well, luckily for you my friends, I have a list of foods that are both gluten-free and dairy-free!


Let's take a look!


1. Chomps


Want an easy way to get some protein on the go? Look no further! These beef jerky sticks are perfect. They give you 9 grams of protein per serving, don't have any added sugar, and are both gluten-free and dairy-free.


I will say that I tried the ground turkey ones from Chomps and.... ew. They were really icky to me. So I stick with the beef ones, always!

I also buy them at Costco!


These little packages of deliciousness are the perfect little snack. Again, gluten-free and dairy-free, they are great to throw into your bag before you leave for the day. These are perfect if you are craving something on the sweet side.


Here is where you can get them if you don't have a Costco by you!


I don't know what it is about these crackers, but they are addicting! They are perfect for dipping into dairy-free and gluten-free dips, or topping with some sliced meat.

These are awesome source of plant-based protein! And not only do they have regular sea salt as a flavor, but they have BBQ, ranch, habanero, and honey roasted ones of these as well! I personally have only tried the sea salt ones, but the next flavor on my list is going to be the honey roasted ones.

My mouth is watering as I'm typing this out! I LOVE Skinny Pop. Love it love it love it love it love it!


Now, if you are reading this to get ideas for the 4 Week Gut Protocol, then you are probably thinking, "Wait! I can't have corn on the protocol!"


Yes, I know! But this isn't a post about snacks that don't have corn! Although the previous 4 items do not contain corn, this one obviously does! So..... just ignore this particular part as I rave about how in love I am with Skinny Pop!


The snack packs are great, once again, to take on the go. It helps with portion control, gives you some fiber, and tastes delicious.
