This kit is the newest one put out by Stampin' Up! and it is so fun! I had some cute helpers with the video for it:
It took us several days to get this put together, so there are several wardrobe changes, my son goes from zero stitches on his chin to having 4 stitches, and my house stayed messy the whole time. But that's real life, right?
To be honest, I didn't really feel like this kit was for me. However, I found it to be something fun for my kids to do. Just look at all the fun stuff that comes in it!
Now, one thing I encountered when getting ready to do this kit was that I didn't have any pictures that were small enough for it. All I had were pictures that were 4x6 or bigger. Of course you can use a 4x6 picture, but it will take up a whole page. I was getting ready to order some smaller ones when I remembered a gift I had received one year: my Sprocket!
This nifty little gadget prints pictures from your phone that are 2x3. They are printed on photo paper that is sticky on the back, so you can stick the picture directly onto a page in the notebook. I let each of them pick three pictures from my phone that they wanted to use in the little notebook. Then we printed them out!
Once we printed out the pictures I let the kids pick out what they wanted to use to decorate their pages. It turned out to be really fun for them!
